Medal Design:
Both decorations feature a white enamel Maltese cross with radiating rays between the arms.
The obverse central medallion shows a gilt royal crown on deep blue enamel background.
The reverse central medallion bears the royal monogram.
The suspension consists of a green enamel laurel wreath.
One example retains the Officer rosette on ribbon.
The second example is the Knight class without rosette.
